Had a very dirty caravan to clean, anyone who’s been through the red dust knows how bad they get. TCM quoted $275 and then because it took them longer than expected asked to increase by $100. We settled on $325 and to his credit Robbie spent 5 hours solid cleaning the van and it looks like new, really impressed with his work and if they’d quoted the job correctly it would have been 5 stars, I’d use them again because the work was excellent but reading other comments I’d probably be a bit firmer at quotation stage

I’d recommend they start asking for photos before quoting as it’s clearly a bit of a consistent theme
