I normally get my eyebrows threaded here, however today i wish i had of just plucked them myself but they needed a good tidy up. I had tried growing them out since last time i went they did them way too thin.
When doing my brows the woman seemed very slow and inexperienced, i figured she was just being careful.
She showed be breifly in the mirror and since im easy pleased i said yea fine then she quickly started filling them in with dark brown powder??
I asked her to remove it since im blonde i looked ridiculous.
I was in a hurry so i returned to my car, once i looked in my mirror i was mortified.
This time im missing a big chunk from where the eye brow starts and theres lots of little hairs missed. I drove back in to the car park and i went back in, i told them i was not happy.
The other staff member noticed exactly why and then the person who did them came over and started talking over me saying she didnt do that to my eyebrows??? They sat me down and tried justifying why she did what she did and that theres baby hair there? I had a full eyebrow when i walked in.
Unbelievable! Ill never return.
