The staff at Moscato are extremely courteous and helpful. Anna, usually cuts my hair, and I am extremely happy. Both Anna and Melissa are great stylists and amazing with colour! Their prices are actually very reasonable considering they are a city Salon. I love the massaging chair while I'm getting my wash!!!
