I highly recommend anybody to see Jose for injuries to just relaxation. It has been a hard road but Jose has managed to get me back to work. At first i had numbness and tingling in my hands leading down arm. Jose has worked this out and am continuing with program. You don't realise how tight you are until you get a massage. This may help with other issues your having.
