This company is untrustworthy. I purchased a rug online with this company but unfortunately it did not match our room so needed to return it. Contacted them by email but no reply.
After many phone calls I have been told on 2 occasions a pick up date for the rug but on each occasion they do not follow up with the return label as promised so they just keep stuffing me around and the rug is still here. I feel they have no intention of collecting the rug for return and they are just going to keep making idol promises. Customer service is non existent. Very suspicious company.
