I took a $400 Alannah Hill dress to them to be dry cleaned, they completely ruined it! They offered NO apology nor any compensation! They actually had the nerve to charge me for the cleaning!!
I would highly advise that you look elsewhere for your dry cleaning needs .. especially for evening or bridal gowns.
