I needed a driveway carved on a reasonably steep vacant block, adjacent to an arterial road. Gareth impressed me immediately because of his professionalism - he turned up on time to see the site, he provided a detailed quote when he said he would, then he turned up to do the work when he said he would (despite terrible weather). I'm willing to pay more for a tradesperson with this attitude, but his quote was also the best value. He negotiated site access with my neighbours so that I wouldn't have to pay for traffic management, he carried out the job exactly according to the quote (even with nearly 50 mm of rain falling over two of the three days he worked), and was courteous and polite throughout. I also couldn't fault the quality of the job. Very impressed and I would recommend that people needing an excavator get in quick before Gareth realises how much better he is than others and increases his prices accordingly!
