Unprofessional and poor customer service. My partner and I have been going to Morph for about 3 years. We spend thousands of dollars a year for a moderate-to-costly service. We book appointments 3-6 months in advance and we are very regular, very loyal clients. Unfortunately found today (Saturday 10 Feb) that our two appointments for full cut/colour/etc. had dropped off their system. They didn't seem to care and certainly didn't try to accommodate us (particularly inconvenient when travelling interstate the following day, and impossible to book an alternative salon. While one of us was able to get in for a 10-minute, $20 tidy-up, we were very surprised that despite the inconvenience we were still charged that $20 !! No attempt to re-book us--clearly they don't want to keep loyal clients. Rubbish service. So hurt after so many years to be treated so badly.
