I had a ducted air-conditioner (Mitsubishi HI) installed by Air and Water, and they were helpful and professional through the whole process. Larry gave me honest advice on what system was right for me and what was and wasn't needed, and the installers were thorough, listened to what I wanted, and did a quality job. In terms of value, Air and Water were the best I could find after a bunch of quotes, especially considering they use quality components (Airstream). The only time I might have gone with another installer is if I wanted a Daikin - Supacool and ACWA are cheaper and also have good reviews.
