I Have been a client of Craig's for 16years and have loved every part of the experience, from the Aveda welcoming tea, Head massage, Warm Greeting, Facial cleanse after my cut and ease of service at a 5 star level. I travel 2 and a half hours each way to experience what Zucci offers and its worth every second and every penny. The expertise of Craig and the Zucci team at the new salon at St James Place provides the whole package from the moment you arrive to when you leave. On top of all that the work they produce is second to none.

The new salon is beautiful, Zucci staff courteous and welcoming (as always).
A head and shoulder massage before a wash and condition with Aveda products, the smell alone blissful but even better sitting in a comfortable massage chair.
My hair cut by Craig was just has we had discussed and just as I wanted. He has the knack of understanding what I ask for and translating that into a great style that is easy for me to manage at home.
Highly recommend!

A wonderful experience in a brand new, very tastefully decorated salon! A relaxing massage to begin with, followed by an excellent hair wash with natural Aveda shampoo & conditioner, sitting on a most comfortable maggage chair, and finally a lovely hair cut & blow wave by Craig. Well worth a visit!
