Poor - wanted to purchase a $6.50 magazine. Staff member bagged it up and then let me know about arbitrary $2.00 fee for spending less than $15.00 and using a card.
I said that this was ridiculous and that I didn't want the magazine thank you (fee = 30% of purchase price). As I was leaving the shop female attendant - with raised voice- letting me know that it wasn't ridiculous; did I know how much the transaction would cost them?
I could still hear her outside the shop.
Will not return, don't care how much the transaction cost, will not be yelled at- offensive and unnecessary.
Female attendant proceeded to relate a version of events to the next customer while pointing at me meeting my daughter just outside.
Bought magazine the following day at another agency- without the fee.

Customer relations abysmal - when you were able to finally contact someone they were incredibly rude. I purchased a charcoal exterior blind. It arrived with beige stitching which was mismatched and ugly, fabric join well off centre and made more obvious by the stitching colour. Mounting inadequate to support the blind. No recompense when blind fell off the wall and no response from management to phone, email or letter. I would not use this company again and would not recommend to others.

The new salon is beautiful, Zucci staff courteous and welcoming (as always).
A head and shoulder massage before a wash and condition with Aveda products, the smell alone blissful but even better sitting in a comfortable massage chair.
My hair cut by Craig was just has we had discussed and just as I wanted. He has the knack of understanding what I ask for and translating that into a great style that is easy for me to manage at home.
Highly recommend!
