I purchased a litter box for two cats online and we thought we had purchased the dark grey colour (which was advertised). It came in the post and was a tacky bright blue colour. I called up staright away and asked if we could swap the colours over and the customer service lady said that in small print it clearly states colours may vary. The print was small and very misleading- to post it back it was going to cost more than the litter box itself.

Very unhappy with the customer service and the advertising of this product and the way in which I was to return it.

Probably wont buy off this website again... very disappointing

World for pets has the biggest range of animal supplies I have ever seen under 1 roof. The staff are extremely knowledgable and willing to go that extra mile to make sure tou get the right product and the right info. I would highly recommend this store to anyone that has a pet. They even have animal training and an cat adoption area. I will definitely be shopping there again

I purchased new dog leads and matching collars from World of Pets online store as they have a brilliant variety and great prices to match. Their website has a section for reduced items that are on sale - I have purchased a few pet toys from this section previously. Good service and quick delivery. When an item I ordered was out of stock I received a phone call to advise me of this and to offer me an alternative item.

I love buying things for my pets here. The service is always great, and they are always able to give knowledgable advice. A couple of times I've realised I've bought the wrong size and they've happily exchanged without hesitation.

Great deal of variety, no wheelchair friendly though with set of stair inside if you wish to look at second level. Part of the sales go to helping the RSPCA. Prices are fair and with it helping a good cause it great.

RSPCA Superstore has a huge range of products, some things can be expensive but you can be assured that everything in store is of top quality!!! U can count on super friendly staff who have lots of knowledge. The staff can direct you to any product for any pet all throughout the store. Try the Hydro dog wash!!!

They have a huge range of products to chose from for all your animal friends. Also they are owned by the RSPCA so you know that you are purchasing products that are animal friendly and to top it all off proceeds from all sales go to help all creatures great and small in the care of the RSPCA. I got my feline friend some toys, cat nip and a special shampoo for his sensitive skin which is really hard to find. They don't actually have real life animals from memory but then you can always visit the shelter near my place on Venner Road in Fairfield to adopt a new friend. I have to say that RSPCA World for Pets has the largest range of pet products I have ever seen under the one roof and believe me as a major animal freak I go to at least 1 pet shop a week to see what they have. This is the one to go to. They have the best price on Revolution for cats. Check it out.
