The love and passion is really evident through out his work. His level of attention to detail I believe is beyond expectation.

I was desperate for tile cleaning all lower ground level , living, dinning, kitchen, walk way and front entrance along with steam cleaning of a few rugs which were expensive hand made natural fibers.

As Steve was booked in advance and i was impatient I had another company out. What a dreadful mistake that was on my part. The other company not only missed a lot of sections in tile cleaning but they damaged one of my valuable rugs. They had severely stained my carpet and caused like burnt iron marks on it. This guttered me and upon calling the company to come out again to rectify the issue i was unsuccessful.
So I contacted Steve with my issue. Steve was so tremendous and came out the next day.
He re done all the tile cleaning which was black dirty stained grout and turned it white as snow unbelievable result.
As for the rug i had intended to throw out Steve was adamant he could fix it. To my Surprise he saved my rug and it looks good as new again it was an ecstatic feeling because it looked beyond repairable.
When Wally's carpet cleaning say "Ring the best before the rest" i couldn't agree more.
Hats off for Steve. Highly recommend and will only ever use wally's carpet cleaning.

Used wally's carpet cleaning for my end of lease clean. The carpet was pretty shitty to start with bit i was surprised how clean they were afterwards!they came up like new, I would highly recommend Steve any day! great job.
