Took me so long to get my claim paid. So many hoops to jump through it's incredible. The only way i made any headway was to give negative reviews on Google My Business and on ProductReview. Avoid if possible.

I arranged my travel insurance with 'Travel Insurance Direct' for 3 years consecutively when i had to travel a lot. One of the cheaper, more comprehensive and transparent travel insurance companies around. Pricing depends on location of travels, how long one is staying or for one who is sent around the globe all year round, they have a yearly travel insurance by region.

Easy and simple registration online as well.

Have always used this service when flying but never had to claim before. In future will look around for another one. I was unable to take my flight as the event I was going to was cancelled, this event is not covered by their policy. If weddings,concerts,tours and other things can be covered why can't court cases be covered.

We used it to insure our family of 4 going over to the USA for 6 weeks. It was expensive, but we shopped around and they were one of the cheapest! We didn't have to make any claims so I can't comment on that side of it.

I ordered my travel insurance with 'Travel Insurance Direct' twice over the Internet and it was very simple and easy. The first time i had used them i had undertaken some research to compare what each were offering and Travel Insurance Direct was definitely the more cost effective option and offered the same features that i was after.
I also made am error on the information i submitted online and i phoned the customer service line and spoke to someone that corrected the problem for me and sent me the amended insurance cover within 24hours. that was pretty good.

I cant really talk about the claim process though, because i never had to make any claims.

One of the cheaper comprehensive travel insurance companies around. Pricing does depend on where you're travelling and how long you're staying but for most venues and durations, this will be the best place to find travel insurance. It does not have as much cover as the premium companies though.
