they put the special price but they charge a difference price. but they don’t want to give me the special price. and in price card they put the expired promotion but they check the expired date and the special prixe card and when we complain they say “ oh its the barcode thats different” as a customer WE dont check the barcode because it is not our job, very disappointed with the service and the attitude of staff and manager. Yesterday 13/7/18 our family decided to have hot pot at night and we tried to get all the vegetables, meat etc from Tong Li at around 17:15. I had purchased more than $60 and I requested to have the raw meat separated with other food and vegetable. But the cashier, at at register P0S2, redundant to do it and said that we have too many plastic bags already. I am not sure if 4 plastic bags is too muny or not, but I am sure that I had purchased too many thing from this shop and did a free advertisement for this shop for carrying its plastic bags with its logo and name on it.

Convenient place, but the service is very poor, the cashier literally threw the receipt rudely to me when I paid today. Don't expect any smiles or greetings from the salesperson either.

A great asian supermarket perfect for all those ingredients. Well stocked although quite cramped in some areas, the prices are very reasonable. A range of different asian food brands can be found here which is great for more specific recipes.

Cheap prices and alot of variety of asian foods to choose from but the only down side is the long lines that you have to wait and the line to wait gets so long that it gets harder for costumers who are trying to get around extremely difficult.

Convenient place, love how there is a variety of items and is fairly well packed. Sometimes, it has too much people and the store aisles are very tight. Hard to get through without bumping into people but for a cheap price, I'll brave the awkward bumps.

I visit this place occasionally for some groceries/goods. They have a large selection and the prices are similar to other Asian grocers/shops. The shop itself is clean and well-kept. The aisles are narrow and when it's busy, it can be difficult to make your way through.

I visit Tong Li regularly for shopping. The prices are reasonable and we get variety. The only thing is sometimes you have problem with the language with the peoples who are refilling the shelves. They don't understand and mostly staffs don't bother to ask you if you are desperately searching for something......

Good selection, neat and pleasant display. Prices are about the same as the other Chinese grocers around the area. When I was there on a Tue afternoon, the vegies were not looking too fresh. Staff were busy stocking up the shelves and did not bother to move aside to allow people to pass on the aisle, and neither did they step aside to allow me to quickly grab something from the shelf. So you really have to wait for them to finish up what they were doing first. Pluses - Clean and neat, and I noticed that they accept credit cards (MC and Visa).

It's a great shop for Chinese groceries. Their products are good quality and form a good range. The shop looks good - a rarity amongst local Chinese groceries.
