The service was exceptional...friendly and accomodating.
I had requested that my Bbq pork and Roast pork be sliced thinly unlike many places who have them chopped so Chunky..totally unappetising!! These guys were happy to slice them without a grin on their face and it made the whole experience a happy one!! I would most definately buy my BBQ dishes from Tim's from here onwards.

Approximate cost: $15

Yes I agree with you! Most BBQ places chop the roast pork into gigantic pieces! Glad to know that this restaurant is so accommodating! :)

It is good when they are willing to be accomodating to your needs. Thanks for a thorough review too.

Great classic Chinese BBQ. There are more of these places in Chatswood than anywhere I've seen. The fact this is best of them and constantly has a line up (of people with Chinese heritage) says a lot. Only take-away.

Approximate cost: $10

The prices have gone up a little and is a tad expensive.
However, they finished renovating a while ago so the place is brand new and have new tables chair bowls etc.
The costumer service is pretty average though are really nice and easy to get along with.
The food is delicious though it is true like the other reviews there is a bit too much fat.

Approximate cost: $10

When you can only go local then this place is the most authentic Cantonese Chinese you can get. It's standard but a bit more expensive to similar style of Chinese restaurants in other suburb and the service, I will only get take away and avoid dine in.

Not really as authentic as Chinese barbeque restaurants in other areas, but meat is still okay although a little on the fatty side. Service and value pretty average, good location but quite small.

Food is authentic and nice but a bit more expensive compared to other Chinese eatery in other suburbs but there is not much competition in Hornsby so not much choice. Some staffs are ok but some are a bit impatient and blunt.

Delicious, succulent pork ribs and duck. Sometimes too much fat and not enough meat - but yummy never-the-less. Small, unassuming cafe/restaurant. Enjoy!

lunch special only $7.5. very reasonable, and it is a good little place for dinner too. the bbq pork and roasted duck are a must-try. pepper chicken and sweat sour pork or rib are great too.
space is a bit small, and maybe a bit noisy.but it is cosy at the same time.

Before Hornsby Westfield was rebuilt, this lovely eatery was buzzing. This was because of their wonderful customer service, their great, authentic food and the freshness of their use of produce. You have your classic BBQ pork served with fragrant rice, freshly smoked duck and their meals are so affordable, there's not a burnt in my wallet. Definitely recommended.
