A wonderful atmosphere every time I've been. All the 'snack' foods are great, the onion rings are crispy and not oily, and the corndog bites are super yummy I'm addicted! Excellent service every time.

We started with the best onion rings and sweet potato fries. They were great. Next we had American ribs which were well cooked, full of flavour with lots of meat. i had the shredded pork which was ok. Different from what I expected. The service was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. the selection of drinks were great. They are more a bourbon and whisky bar, rather than a restaurant, so the food selection is not extensive. The place was comfortable and cosy. I would go back for the entrees and ribs !!

I gave Kodiak 4 stars for quality because their buffalo wings are scrumptious! Just the right amount of spice and tangy without overpowering your taste buds. I would seriously come here just for the food! The rest of their menu is good, but nothing to brag about. Kodiak is run by Americans I think, and has an American/Mexican flavour to their drinks menu. The place is smallish and cozy, as you'd expect from a Brunny St bar. There's also an upstairs section if it gets busy. The bar staff are nice and friendly so that's a big plus.
