I love this place!! The service is so friendly and the food is always really fresh. I appreciate the consistent friendliness from staff. Great coffee shop.

Overpriced food and coffee which leaves a big hole in your wallet. Plenty of cheaper options elsewhere. Service just average.

I find the coffee club to be expensive, cramped for prams, and has slow service. Maybe I just came on a busy day! The food and beverages we ordered were tasted great and the quality was good.

Gourmet Chicken & Avocado sandwich had the tiniest scraping of avocado, a tiny scraping of cream cheese, and not a lot of chicken. At $10.50 you would expect more filling.

ICED CHOCOLATE!!! I am not sure if it happens at all Coffee Club franchises, but at Forest Hill I was subject to the most beautiful, tantalizing, enjoyable Iced Chocolate I have EVER had. Massive statement I know, but the liquid chocolate which sinks to the bottom followed by fresh full cream milk splashed with ice cream and topped with a delicious cream and chocolate powder is to die for. It is reasonably priced, with an extra piece of chocolate on top. You have to try one, as I am yet to be disapointed and keep going back for more!!
