we go hear every time we stay in Broadbeach.. we get a seafood platter to share with extra chips. Its just a great place we can walk to at night... Hope this place stays the same

When my friend and I went to the Beach hotel we found it to be a quiet pub, a little away from everything. However the food was great and the drinks were a reasonable price.

Although not in the best location in the Gold Coast being on the Gold Coast Highway this pub does deliver. The food is good quality for the price and it has a good pub feel to it. It's a pretty decent spot for lunch or dinner and a few beers most nights of the week.

If you prefer a laid back pub atmosphere over a bar and don't mind walking 10mins from the heart of Broadie then you may enjoy popping in here for a cold one. Service was good and the surf n turf wasn't too bad. They have good week night specials too. Parking available.

Great Tavern experience. They have recently changed their Head Chef and wow can he cook! We dined on a Thursday night and my husband ordered the Sirloin which he raved about - cooked to perfection and I ordered the Atlantic Salmon. We were shocked at how amazing the food was and was totally unexpected. A few staff mentioned they were about to start renovations to be completed by October 2013. I will definatly be back to check them out. Highly Recomended at very affordable prices.

Wow, went into this place for dinner and was not expecting much. However we were wrong.My wifes salmon ($20) was cooked just right and better than most fine dining places. I had their special 500gram rump $17.50 and again cooked as ordered. No meal on the menu was over $28.00 (500 gram T/Bone). good selection of meals across the menu.
