This review is for Liep's Cambodian Restaurant, Cremorne NSW

Liep's is a small cafe on Military Rd at Cremorne. You can eat outside or in. Liep is a charming host who can advise on the various Cambodian dishes. The food is very reasonably priced and delicious! It's BYO and there are bottle shops nearby. It is also close to the famous Cremorne Orpheum and a great place for a quick bite before a movie. I recently visited Cambodia and Liep's amok (fish curry) took me right back there.

This one of number of restaurants in an alcove off Military road that backs onto Paraween Rd (where you can park) called Cremorne Plaza. Its close to Fratelli's Pizza place and Liep's Taste of Cambodia restaurant. Many people eat here before or after going to the Cremorne Orpheum Cinema just north along Military Road. We went as a group of 6, 4 had the communal BBQ deal for $25 per person that includes three meats and vegetables and is cooked on a platter in front of you. You take turns at BBQ chef and the waitress helps. This was excellent and plentiful. 2 others in the groups had sizzling Tofu and Sizzling Octopus which rated well.

This lovely old hotel is in a beautiful quiet location with a scenic nearby walk overlooking the harbour. The ferry to the city is only 300m from the hotel. We stayed in the king spa room which is spacious, clean and very comfortable. There is a variety of room options, all very reasonably priced. A complimentary bottle of champagne and chocolates are a nice touch on arrival.A light breakfast of cereals, fruit, yoghurt, freshly baked bread and toast in a light filled breakfast room is a good start for the day. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We only stayed one night but will definitely return next time we want to stay near the city. There is on street parking and the hotel is in one of the city's prestigious residential locations.

This review is for Glenferrie Lodge, Kirribilli NSW

Glenferrie Lodge may not be in the heart of it all, but that's the nice part about it's location. It's in a quiet suburb of Sydney across the harbour from the Opera House and only a 7 minute ferry ride. It may not be the Ritz but it's very clean, beds are very comfy, the rooms are not huge but your not in Sydney to stay in your room. Breakfast, AMAZING, great start to your day! Laundry facilities if needed, bathrooms are shared but very clean and in three days only crossed path with one person. The staff are very friendly and helpful, thank you Arsure and staff. You may not see the bridge from the lodge but a 5-8 minute walk to the village will give you an amazing view across the harbour and your right under the bridge. Luna Park is right there, the village has a pub, restaurants, Beer Wine & Spirit store, train station and much more. Worth a visit on Sunday to see the market in the tunnel under the bridge. Definately stay there again.

This review is for Bondi Hotel, Sydney NSW

The Bondi hotel is a great place to sit down and have a bite to eat and few drinks with the mates, great atmosphere and great food and service, The Food was very basic, but drinks were reasonably priced and barstaff were friendly. It had a juke box and it had loads of my favourite songs on so I was very happy.

This review is for Establishment Hotel, Sydney NSW

Been going to Establishment quite frequently which gets really packed out. Salsa scene here is definitely alive and kicking or shall i say dancing. During the week there are other themes such as ladies night (free drink i believe for the ladies) and a great bar to catch up with friends. The atmosphere is predominately suit base or business people. The ambience and the environment overall is pretty cool to catch up and have a quick drink. The meals aren't too bad as well.

Food was good, basic though had good flavor & well cooked.. Reasonably priced especially after the 1st restaurant we went to that prices outragous and no basic food like a good steak & vegies. Would definately go back! Was hard to find a seat though we found one for the 7 of us eventually. If you want a flashy meal with all the fancy bits well probably would not suit but for a basic meal &great food. We fed four of us for $86 whereas 1st place it would have cost us nearly that for one.

This review is for Arabella, Newtown NSW

Went to Arabella for a birthday dinner after a friends recommendation. On arrival we were greeted by friendly staff and then taken to our table. We wanted to change tables and staff were happy to comply! We ordered the 'Arabella Banquet' and the food, which just kept coming and coming, was absolutely delicious! It is definitely worth the price for the banquet as you get many different types of foods and so much of it, all which taste so amazing. You even get a little dessert, yum! There is no way you will leave hungry. We didn't get to see the belly dancers as we went a little early. Can't wait to go back, would be fun with a group of friends too.

Been coming here for many of years now and its a great place to wind down and have a few drinks with mates or even a bite to eat. Theres a level for everyone, sports lounge, pub like level, club dancefloor and a smoking area/pool tables on the roof top. Overall they play an array of music.i havent ever eaten the food though, and the drink prices are average.

Went to scruffy murphys few weeks ago and always seems good value, you must go up to the bar and order, the restaurant is on 2nd floor, usually staffed by Irish girls I think backpackers. They seemed to be polite and not over friendly but polite anyway.I ordered bangers and mash, good value I got 3 sausages, mash potato and gravy,11.50, and cappuccino $3.00.Yes as with self ordering you must collect your cutlery yourself too.I think good value place, also free water fountain near cutlery.
