Paul was early which was great as I had a lot to do that day, he explained everything that needed to be done, installed the antenna quickly, hooked up the 3 outlets in the house and then tuned the tv all within about an hour. Paul is a very friendly and personable man and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone.
