Parking is a challenge unless you want to pay and the quality isn't as good as other safeway's I have been to. But they do carry a few things that I can't find elsewhere so I find I continue to go back on occasion for those items.

It was very busy so I had to wait in the line for a while, most staff look tired and unhappy. The prices of all fruit and veg are better than other supermarkets but the quality is not as good.

The service is satisfactory, although can get very busy on the weekends, therefore creating long lines at the registers.
The fruit and veg department is very good. Great variety of asian vegies. The prices are very competitive with the nearby asian green grocers so can always pick up a great bargain.

Worst safeway service in melbourne. It isnt a bad store overall except for some girls in the deli and the perishables section. Really brings the whole store down. I was looking for something in the fridges and asked a employee for help, he said they were all out, i then found the product about 2 mins later, when i showed him all i got was a vacant look. Not good.

This is a horrible store, one of the worst ive come across, the staff are un motivated and very rude, the floors are always sticky and the food quality is no good. I would like to say that it is nothing compared to the coles near there. except prices are cheap thats it

An interesting experience. The prices and overall quality seems great. The service is also good but sometimes it does take a while for someone to help you with your simple questions. Overall it is a fair store.

This is not a very pleasent safeway to visit, the overall place seems diry, the prices are ok but still not worth going to, the customer service isnt too good either especially the register people. i dont wish to shop here again

The quality of the items is top notch (like all safeways). The service is good, not the best, finding a staff member around the shop can be time consuming. The valure is pretty good as well, most items are below standard price but some are way higher than I thought they should be. Overall it's a very nice shop to buy your groceries

Safeway in box hill is pretty much like every other safeway but being a smaller store i did find that it was easier to find everything. The thing i like best about Safeway is the produce department. As i also work in this field of work i found that the displays was particularly looked after at this store.

This Safeway in Box Hill is where I come to shop for groceries. The produce section is always stocked with fresh fruit and vegetables which I like and the entire supermarket is kept clean and organised.
