This is a very busy supermarket but thats because there is always cheap fruit and veg. The quality of fruit and veg is always pretty good too. Much better than some woolworths I have been to. Avoid weekends as it is chaotic!

Its always busy whenever i go there. However they have some cheap fruits and veges especially in this safeway because they have to compete with the other grocery shops in box hill. If you dont mind the wait then its a good shop.

Great - some items that you find in this Safeway cannot be found in other Safeway stores. The staff are friendly and know where things are in the store. Good specials and discounts available in this store!

Safeway Box Hill is the shop that I have to go visit every week. It is a very busy shop in a very busy shopping center yet the shop has been kept very clean and organised. It is very seldom that there is an empty shelf in the store, especially with the sales items.

Great value of money because the prices are usually cheaper than coles. Customer service is horrible and rude. Place is not so clean. Do not shop during the weekend because the line to cashier is so long.

Been there more than 100 times, They always have better rates than most safeway. The staff is good and helping. Availability is better than you find in most supermarkets.

This safeway is an excellent store with good quality groceries and it is very cost effective and the staff are friendly and the service is excellent. Good value for money for homebrand products

conveniently located in box hill. some of the produce may not be as good as what you can find in the markets which are just a few meters away but conveninece where you can get most of your groceries makes it very attractive

It is a very convenient place to shop since it is located in the center of Box Hill central. The price is average as the price is not too expensive and not too cheap.

It is a very busy shop but they manage to serve all customers equally.
