Needed a new HWS. The response was quick, but the quality of the installation of the new HWS was substandard for the price charged ($2769). The existing piping which is 60 yrs old was just roughly bent away from wall to provide an easier install without any concern for the integrity of the old piping or the neatness of the final product. Looks like spaghetti junction, a cut price job. Tried to get issue fixed by the owner, without any joy. Could not recommend.

They quoted me nearly $4,000 to replace a short section of sewer pipe(see below).
I excavated the section of pipe myself, which they had stated was damaged and required replacement. Curiously I found no evidence of any damage to the pipes as claimed in their report. Had I relied on the information they provided I might have been forced to pay $4000 for work that clearly did not need to be done. In any event they charged me $990 for their report and when I questioned it, rather than receive a response, I instead received a threatening demand from a debt collector.
Draw your own conclusions as to the ethics and business practices of this company.

Got a quote from richtek to replace some tiles and regrouting a large shower. Was told no problems for the job and removal of the large 3 panel shower glass screens and reinstallation. Paid the 50% deposit, booked the date. On the arranged date had to call them 3 to 4 times, finally the tiler arrived at about 3.30pm, told me the shower screen was to big a job for 1 man, tiles were a bit of a problem to do and all the plumbing had to be removed first. Cancelled the job, got my money back. Poor communication between the guy who quoted and the tiler who did not know what the job was. Would not bother with them again

Asked Richtek to quote on installing a ceiling exhaust fan, unfortunately they would only quote on the purchase price of the fan but would not quote on installing it.
Be careful if you use this Company as they will not tell you how much a job will cost until it is completed and then they will charge whatever they want to

On time, friendly explained things when needed, cleaned up, will be passing out the fridge magnets and recommend you, and it's great a company covers all.
