Took a bracelet in for repairs - the cost was surprisingly cheap, but now I know why. The bracelet is ruined with prominent, lumpy welding in a different tone to the bracelet. The staff member I spoke to was exceptionally rude and dismissive when I complained - she essentially wrote the whole mess off by saying the bracelet was old and worn so it could never have been repaired nicely. Makes me wonder why they agreed to attempt the repair then. Guess they don't really care about getting a good outcome so much as getting my money.

They have a nice range of jewellery for sale, just don't risk taking anything in for repairs.

paid $11 for 2 Maxell CR2016 batteries, they are 2 for $3 on ebay and generic one's are $3 for a card of 6 batteries including 2 CR2016 at the cheap shops, another one down to experience but then I never learn from it

This jewellery store is incredible and the staff is what truly makes it a unique store. They are friendly, accommodating and always ready to help and most they actually care about you. Very well priced and fantastic quality jewellers who also do custom repairs & orders.

I love this jeweller not that I am dripping in jewellry but it is a great place to buy gifts also. I have several times been in for advice on having myjewellry repaired as well. I often buy charms for my daughters charm bracelets there and then they will solder them on for me. I only recently realised that they have an estate jewellry section and there are some great bargains to be had there. I have also used their key cutting service which was a reasonable price and very quick.
