I had a nice colour here but I did not like the style of hair cut
as much as other hairdressers I have been to.   On my last visit,
when I was not happy I politely asked them if they could change it for
me, they flatly refused, returned my money and asked me never to come
back because it just wasn't worth it!  To me this is not
professional, I was very disappointed and of course would not
recommend this salon.  I have never had a hairdresser who wouldn't at
least try to accommodate, if I wanted to make any changes.

I go regularly to Q on Brunswick for hair cut and color. The staff are very experienced and the work they do is excellent - very creative with good attention to detail. They take time to talk to their clients so that each cut/color is right for the person and their lifestyle. And they do the best head massages! I have recommended Q to several of my friends who are now also regular clients.
