Bus trip from adelaide to mt gambier

We have done it several times and Steven Smith was the best bus driver we’ve ever had. He was polite and courtious and it was a pleasure to be on the bus with him. He was an excellent driver

Rude, rude, and just rude. From my phone call to book a ticket to checking in and then the bus driver well he was on another level of rudeness not just to me but other to the point were he told a lady she was on another planet when she asked a question about the bus. I took some hot food on yo ear for lunch (didn't read the fine print) and well he made such a point of it and made fun of me to other passengers. He saw me standing there for 10 minutes before he opened the bus door a nice person would let me know then rather than wait till I was on the bus and then I had to throw it in the bin. How nasty can a person be. I won't be traveling with this company ever again.

The university used the service from this coach group several times at the beginning of semesters. I usually take part as volunteers for university orientation week and one of the activities would be victor harbor trip. As a volunteer we will be responsible to take care those people in the bus and communicate with the driver. As far as I experience, the drivers are nice, reliable and on time. We usually achieve our goal to leave and come back on time based on the schedule.

Premier Stateliner provides the most frequent bus service for residents and visitors to the Fleurieu Peninsula. The bus trip is good value, the buses are comfortable and the drivers are helpful so it's sad to have to ask how it is some of the Franklin Street check-in counter staff keep their job? On several trips now we've been met with staff who are already rude and irritable at 8.30am. It's embarrassing to witness how rudely staff speak to tourists who are unsure of routes etc and these exchanges are often the talk of waiting passengers. We should be recommending that visitors and friends travel by bus rather than by hire car but we can't while the Franklin St counter staff continue to treat their customers as an inconvenience.

It's unfortunate that you were treat so badly at the station because I remember when the old station used to be still there, the staff were quite nice, helpful and friendly. It just goes to show that when some buildings are upgraded, some peoples attituded change too, and not always for the better
