I've shopped here often and will go back again and bought many things and returned only a few. I like that you can Lay-by most stuff as not all stores do this any more

A couple of months ago my husband bought a suit there and they went out of their way to make sure he got the size he needed and recently I bought a jumper for my teenage son, the jumper fitted nicely but he would not have got much wear out of it so the staff kindly refunded my money.

I went in for two thickshakes and was asked what I'd like, so after placing my order, the lady who served me went out the back. When she came back she then served two other customers who came into the store, by this time a good five minutes had gone by and I was still waiting, and a third person came in and got served. After a further two minutes had gone by another woman came from out the back with a tub of icecream and then proceeded to make the thickshakes I had ordered nearly ten minutes previously.

The staff are friendly and helpful and even checkout operators give service with a smile.The rewards programme is better here too.You can redeem points for gift cards or petrol vouchers or even store products, and the card can be used at a few different places.

The staff are friendly enough although some should whatch what they are charging especially if something is marked down. I paid for Fabric Softenermarked a $2, down to $1 but was still charged $2 for it.

The Service was okay but the checkout people dont know how to smile or be very friendly. Whatever happened to the saying-"Service with a smile". I understand they may be tired after a long day but a smile costs nothing.
