Pop's Pets is one of the worst pet stores I've been to. My brother got a budgie from there around 6months ago, that was so badly covered in mites the vet was shocked. Went in today, and there was a 'baby' budgie for sale that eye was nearly closed over due to mites. The store is always messy, and the staff are rude and don't know anything about the animals they are selling (ie, 'is that cockatiel male?, no it's a baby female because of the pearling - male cockatiels have pearling as well if they are a baby, when they are older they lose it.' You are never acknowledged when you walk in, and all the products are at least $2 more expensive than other shops. I would not shop there again.

Great prices on all things pets! Ive been to many pet stores and have seen better although for a little store its quite good!! :) big range of thingsfor a small bbusiness!

I have been to this store several times but not recently. The shop seems overcrowded at times but the staff are friendly and very helpful. The store has great clearance items and cheap pet accessories.

Great service ! took a bird in to them as I found it stray and they were very helpful and took it in for me!

This shop has excellent range of items, food and equipment to suit most small animals/pets. The staff is very friendly and always try hard to meet customer needs. Their prices are reasonable too!

The staff are friendly enough and will help you out with most of your pet needs if they carry the stock you require.The shop itself is small and crowded but is jam packed.

This shop is way over crowded, you cant look at anything very well , service is ok but could improve
