a very relaxing cruise on the Dam and to see all the bird life around and with Pop giving all the history of Kelso family etc.which made a very worthwhile experience

The sunset cruise showed off the beautiful evening colours of the bush and dramatic features of surrounding mountains. Lots of wildlife, friendly company, and the captain sang a few good songs on the way home.

Our cruise with Pop Sullivan Cruises [Group of five (5) adults] was agreed by us all to be a most enjoyable couple of hours cruising on Ross River Dam "Sunset Cruise". The size and bird life was far beyond our expectations. All on board were most receptive and appreciative of the cruise etc etc. The singing of Pop on the way back to the mooring was most fitting and a great finale to a great experience. Even the young took part with three (3) Ballet Dancers demonstrating their Ballet prowess.
As locals, we will do a MacArthur sooner than later " WE WILL RETURN "...

Thanks Pop and Heather... WELL DONE!

The Ross River Dam Cruise was a great expereience. Pop and Heather were very friendly, courteous and informative. This cruise was great value for money, a nice, relaxing yet informative 2 1/2 hours, but mostly surprising. A must do in Townsville. And Pop's sing along and Heather's line dancing was unbeatable. Thanks for a great morning.

Pop and Heather were fantastic, entertaining, informative (having just arrived in Townsville we learnt a lot) and approachable during the whole trip, we all loved the wildlife, the old school bus, the available refreshments down to the 'boot scooting' dancing. We are looking forward to doing a sunset / BBQ cruise and the upcoming 4WD tours.

Thank you - the 'cashless' kiwis

This cruise is relaxing, entertaining, informative, I will do it again. The three hours was just the right amount of time for this cruise even though you get to the end and think you would like to go around again. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The scenery and the wild life are beautiful , I learned things about Townsville I had never heard before and I am Townsville born and raised. A definite must do again

Had a wonderful arvo on 1 Aug 2010. Pop & Heather were great, Pop with his commentary (he has a wealth of information) and entertainment and Heather too in retrieving a five-dollar note that she lost overboard. Truly a great experience and a MUST event to take visitors.

Approximate cost: $28
