the place was amazing been in townsville for 8 years only just herd about the tours a couple of weeks ago by paper( bully) thought i'd take my son for somthing to do over the school holidays. as i was saying the place was amazing and pops tours just made it a little bit better. it went for 2 & half hours and not once did i think is this ride gonna finish. plus they give the kids a turn at stering the boat. now thats awsome

We had visitors from overseas and needed somewhere to take them. A friend recommended the cruise to us so we gave it a go. What a GREAT DAY we all had. Pop is a fantastic tour guide, singer and a genuinely great bloke. He even let my kids steer the boat on the return journey. well worth the money.

I went on the cruise to see the dam and hear a bit about the history and the environment. I really enjoyed it, but there were some definite things missing. The history of white settlement was great, but it was completely missing any mention of the locals (aboriginals) who were there before the white settlers- who were they? what was there lifestyle? what happened to them when the settlers came? Also it would be good to have a bit more about the kinds of trees, birds etc that we could see around us. Otherwise very good.

Wonderful cruise and value for money. Pop's songs and local information are a valuable addition to the geographical views. Nothing is too much trouble and a happier couple I haven't yet met.

My neighbor and I went on one of Pop Sullivans boat tours on the dam a couple of weeks ago. It was interesting and relaxing, and a great chance to take photos. We really enjoyed the trip and I am going back again soon with a friend.
