Blocked drain (thanks to a tree root) - called Jim's on Friday night @ 9.30pm and they booked someone in for between 8-10am Saturday morning. Lee turned up at 8.10am (excellent) and was really friendly, professional and unblock the drain with some heavy duty equipment - very happy with them & I'd definately recommend them (you can pay by CC too by the way which is awesome)....

I had a problem with my Hot Water Heater last month. I found different plumbing companies on the internet and decided to call Jims Plumbing as that seemed to be quite familiar name. They came on time and repaired the thing in less than one hour. He explained to me the problem and showed me where it had a block in the inlet. I am pretty happy with Jim's Plumbing's timely service which saved me further grizzling from my wife.

We had a blocked toilet and the plumber that came over was absolutely great! He did his job professionally, was friendly, and it actually ended up being completely free to us, because the blockage was further down the pipe, so body corporate ended up paying! Would absolutely use Jim's plumbing again. Great rates too!

Plumber was called out to fix leaking taps around the property, and a constantly running toilet cistern. Very polite and handful over the phone. Flexible working hours.

I had to get leaking taps fixed and they were very helpful im glad i didnt have too do it myself and so on. theyre efficent enough for me! pitty the dude they sent wasnt that hot hahaha

I had the hot water heater replaced , the guy was friendly and worked in a timely manner but overcharged by heaps. I could have got the same thing done for at least $400 less but didnt have time to ring around
