I love going to this store and browsing and having fun on my trips to Chapel street. They have puppies, kittens, bunnies, guinea pigs fish etc .. I buy the bunny hay and lucerne hay, well priced and fresh. My bunnies love it !With the new bunnies all the time I am tempted to buy another, but hold back .. lol .. overall a good pet store with nice, approachable friendly staff and good location ..

staff are very helpful, I've gone away for trips before and come in enquiring about the 3 day fish blocks. They had sold out so took down my name and number to inform me when they came in which they did the following day. Recently moved together with the otherside of the shop (pups and kittens, birds etc) Great place to go if you are starting out with an aquarium and need advise on what fish go with what fish!!

Staff are very knowledgeable and always helpful. Prices are quite high. Was extremely happy with free fish we got after some died from a treatment we were recommended. Great service.

One of my regular pet stores. They have over half the store as an aquarium with some fascinating fish for sale. The service is excellent however the cost is quite high. Great place to wander around and look at exciting and unusual fish species.
