This job service is supposed to assist the unemployed, after I have been employed all my life and now I need assistance. I get smugness from the staff who answer the phone, and also the representatives who prefer to gossip and eat their lunch while not caring. I experienced rudeness, unprofessionalism and uneducated employees who don't care about their job enough to help the unemployed. Great tax dollars going nowhere here. If you get put request elsewhere. because it is hopeless.messages left and don't get passed on. staff who ignore requests.great start to a new future with this employment service!

Rude customer service! Worst survey company ever. I was a member for years, until recently when something with Yourvoice had changed and I had to use different servers. When I asked for help no one returned my emails and then finally customer service replied degrading me and making out I was stupid when I am in IT. The surveys were great until I experienced technical problems and customer service did nothing to assist me.

Received a phone interview from a female recruiter who decided to "interrogate" me with questions not relating to the position. If I had the time and energy I would take it further, as her standards are unethical. Avoid. Not a good recruitment agency.And since this interrogation have found a job where I am valued ! avoid this "SAD" recruitment agency who favour degrading clients and when you speak to them in real life have no logic ! Very sad really !

Used to be good, with great surveys etc. Now all is does is cut you out at the end of the survey saying you do not meet the criteria after they have basically got all the opinions out of you ! Screening should take place at the start of the survey, if you do not qualify then it cuts you out, not right at the very end when you have spent ages answering every repetitive question asked! When you add up the time you spend doing these surveys and what you get, it's best to go to other survey providers. There are far better out there than this one .

On a recent visit, I requested a piece pack and pieces I wanted. I received attitude and no customer service from the young lady who clearly did not want to assist at all. She agreed to give me the pieces I wanted, but when I got home, different pieces altogether. The chicken was dry and un-eatable !
I have never had this problem from any other KFC I go to. The customer service and attitude here is appalling.

Nice, spacious, close to beach and tram etc. comfortable and I want to say quiet .. except for the noisy pool area. If you are a couple, stay elsewhere because the pool area is constantly noisy with children and screaming which is unrecognised by hotel staff. Not a couple hotel.

On a recent visit, I needed new tyres. Upon arrival, I waited at least 10 minutes before being served. When the guy finally did come to the counter, his customer service skills need to be improved. I asked simple questions basically how much for certain tyres etc.. he obviously didn't understand the question. I got interrogated with questions that were not relevant. I am not surprised why he wasn't concerned...he didn't care... I felt frustrated, and quite peeved at this experience. If sales are his number one focus and he is unable to use his customer service skills in the front counter role, feeling the customers needs and asking questions back relevant to the situation, then he shouldn't be on front counter. Upon leaving he said "have a great day now .. come again "!! with a condescending attitude .... hmmm I held my breath and walked away .. Since this I have sourced other other tyre fitters and I have found the the best one out. With this experience Kmart Tyre and auto need to look at who they have on front counter because first impressions, especially on front counter leave a lasting impression.

On a recent visit to have new tyres put on, I was impressed from start to finish. The welcoming guy at the front counter, was polite, professional, knew exactly what he was doing.. loves his job and treating customers right with a good personality. I thought I would have to book this in, but he was able to put in straight away .. only a short wait, tyres were put on, price and everything organised, wheel alignment done and a just impressive. There was no pushiness, just go with the flow and to use intuition and good customer service skills to know what the customers wants.. Having worked in customer service for over 15 years, excellent service .. would definately recommend !!

I left a nightclub saturday morning. Security advised me to take first cab which I did. I told cab driver where I was going and he rudely advised unable to take me to North West as too far! This would have been close to a $50 cab fare. I advised security this driver has issues with driving passengers to north west suburbs and I hope they keep his licence plate number. I took next cab in rank and he was only too pleased to drive me home, have a great conversation and I gave him a tip. Some cab drivers really need to smarten up their act if they are complaining over short fares and now fares that are too long and just do their job.
