staff were all fast paced however all our meals 4 of us.the meals came out different times so we were all watching one person eating,we also ordered the cheese chip meal big a massive which was horrible and oozing grease,drinks were overpriced and i came out of their really not enjoying my meal.

a waste of money for the meals we got.the pictures on line etc look a lot different to what we were served.the chips were greasy and we did not eat them,neither did we pay for them.some staff members looked liked they wanted to be somewhere else.

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience at Outback Jacks as my food took a long time to arrive. My friend had received her meal an I didn't get mine until she was half way through her meal. I had ordered a medium rare steak, but I was served a medium cooked steak.
On the positive, our waitresses was very nice.

Located not far from Warwick Farm train station for those who use public transport and on an easily accessible main road for those who drive.
Friendly staff, and a clean premises. A nice mood.
I had a steak and chips and found it to be nicely flavored and not fatty or over-cooked. I enjoyed it.
My friend took their challenge 1kg steak challenge where he had to try and eat a whole kilogram of steak within a certain amount of time to get a free meal or prize. He could not do it, but I had fun watching.
My son got to eat for $3 as if you have a child under 12 that are eating with a paying adult they get their meal for $3, which was a bonus.

outback jacks is such a great resturant, amazing food especially their crocoadile on a stick, it just tastes like chicken so succulant.
fantastic customer service and an all round family orientated resturant.
definitley value for money.
and their cocktails are soo yummy also

Dined here recently. Worst steak we have had in ages. Steak was tough as old boots and took forever to come out. Definitely not value for money for the family. Left feeling deflated!

Entered restaurant just after 9pm, told we can still sit, great waitress introduced herself etc, my partner went to womens toilets complained of very dirty and unsanitary toilets, menu very similar to outback steakhouse food. lemonade tasted strange, I confirmed it was a cheapo version from previous experience with drinks, a large upside down croc on the roof confuses mr as I sit waiting for my partners grain fed steak which just arrived, steak is good! all garden salads have coleslaw ontop which I didn't favour. I enjoyed salad, my partner enjoed steak and salad, chips were a lol Luke warm an dry. overal ok for te price! we were very skeptical on coming but will be happy to return and try some different options on the menu nex time!

Yummy food and great customer service. I really enjoyed eating there with friends and they provided vouchers in fairfield negotiator which was great!
