I've been using Nurture Nappies for 2 1/2 years now and they are the supplier I keep coming back to. The ordering process is very easy and delivery of in-stock items is always fast. But their real strength in my opinion is communication. During my time as a customer I have placed several orders, asked for advice and even had to return one item that didn't fit my baby. Every single time I have received a prompt, friendly answer to my emails. Occasionally an item is out of stock, but honestly I don't mind waiting as long as they keep in touch. From what I have seen, their prices are fair and comparable with their competitors, which is pretty good considering they have the overheads of a real-life shop. Subscribers get special offers and discounts, so I usually take advantage of these where I can. Would love to visit the shop front one day.

Nuture Nappies is run by a wonderful woman, Jane, who makes you feel very comfortable in the store. No question is too silly about nappies, and the range of cloth nappies they sell is amazing! Jane will walk you through the process and the range that suits your baby. The nappies I bought when my daughter was 4 months old are still going strong and she just turned 2!
The Tribe shop is so lovely - I want to live there! It's all top quality and beautiful. You can pick up something wonderful for under $10, or buy bigger items for more.

These guys rock! They have the most amazing range of modern cloth nappies, and have great advice and will always help you out. I've purchased my cloth nappies and wetbag from them, and both have been excellent! Postage is super quick & if they're out of stock they'll contact you personally to organise a replacement or new shipment date. They have excellent sales regularly as well. All in all, they make being a Mum a lot more fun with their great products!

I have been shopping at NURTURE NAPPIES for a few years now and have always found there service to be fantastic. They are quick to answer any questions and help in any way they can. Now that I have all the cloth nappies I need I have now moved over to there other store Tribe which has good quality toys and other things that you would not find in other stores. They have very fast postage which is can be tracked so you have peace of mind that it will arrive. All in all a fantastic place to shop

Both orders arrived quickly. I generally try to buy nappies and accessories on sale and Nurture Nappies have some great sales!

Fantastic!! Purchased modern cloth nappies. With so much choice on the internet, we only chose nurture nappies as it's a relatively local business. Easy to use website. Received our order in 2 days. Jayne and her team are ever so helpful. They are constantly getting in new exciting products for babes catering for both girls and boys. Their products are fantastic and the team are always ready to help or answer any questions you may have. I have never had a bad experience in their store and I am a frequent shopper there as their products are always changing. They are interested in your child and what is happening in relation to activities in the area. They are fantastic.
