I was very impressed with the service and fast delivery, I received my goods in a day! I also like how they describe the pros and cons of their products in an unbiased manner.

I have had things on order for almost 5 months- everytime I call them they say it will be another couple of weeks! They don't seem particulary concerned about my order taking so long, rather annoyed that I am trying to find out what is going on. I wish I had cancelled the order in the beginning and gone elsewhere. Very, poor service.

Jayne spends so much time helping to make sure her customers receive informed choices about the different styles and brands. Not only is she informative about cloth nappies but all kinds of other baby bits-its great fun to go to the shop.
If you want to see everything they have to offer, you will need to ask to go the back of the retail shop and offices to see the warehouse-a whole other world out there!

I have used Nurture Nappies to purchase modern cloth nappies for both my children. They have a great range of stock available at quite reasonable prices. Good customer service and communication was received as well.

I ordered nappies off these guys recently and they were faultless - a great product at a very competitive price. The main highlight though was the friendliness of the staff over the phone, they could not have been more helpful, explaining the care instructions and recommending the correct detergents to use.

I have placed two orders from nurture nappies, the first time they were out of stock of a particular colour I wanted but I was willing to wait, their communication was excellent checking with me several times to make sure I was still happy to wait and it was worth the wait. They have a great rang of stock and their prices were as good as others I'd found

I found that these guys sell the same products as other cloth nappy stores, but at higher prices! They took a long time to answer my emails, and weren't as helpful as other online stores have been. They do have a great range of products though.

Jayne, the owner is fantastic and has always given excellent customer service. The store has some of the best products from around the world, I've bought a few. Products include cloth nappies and accessories, baby carriers and stuff for mums.
