I have been going to this practice since 2018 and I have never had an issue with the staff. The only thing is getting an appointment with my regular doctor as she is often booked up. I had an appointment today August 8th and I mixed up the appointment time so I arrived 45 minutes early. The receptionist was very helpful and asked me if I would like her to call my doctor to see if she would see me earlier, That was great customer service!. Luckily for me, she could. Dr Bergman always welcomes me with a smile, she is very knowledgable and thorough. I find that she
listens to me and refers me to see a specialist if the need arises. Last year she supported me through a serious illness and wrote a letter for me to take to The ER so the doctors would take my health issues more seriously as I had been admitted on four occasions with no conclusion to what was going on. It turned out to be very serious and a matter of life or death. I could not have asked for more support from Dr Bergman. Thank you so much.

I have been a patient for almost 8 years now modern medical. I can always get an appointment even last minute if need be, and the staff are always understanding if I cannot make my appointment as long as I call them. My regular GP Dr Peter Nicolaii is very knowledgeable and does everything he can to help me, and if he can't he will refer me to a specialist. The lady doctors I see for female problems always make me feel extremely comfortable and same goes for the nurses. The admin team are fantastic with accommodating my needs and some know me by name. I love that I can make my appointments online and I am bulk billed with a pension card even after 5pm and on weekends. Won't go anywhere else.

This doctors is always busy! The doctors I have seen there have been really good though which is great as they are not a bulk bulling practice for standard adult patients. I find the doctors take the time to listen to you and really treat you as an individual not just trying to get rid of you. I love the online booking system for appointments too - much quicker and easier than trying to make a phone call with a toddler!

While there are some great doctors here, I do think that the wait time for pre-booked appointments is fairly ridiculous. Being someone who works full time, I often have to take time off work in order to visit the doctor. I therefore expect my appointment to be at least within 15 minutes of the time for which it is scheduled. Unfortunately, when the appointments are running up to 45 minutes late, it makes it really hard to rely on this service for my medical needs.

I struggled to find a good doctor until I meet Dr Suma at morden medical! I trust her with my life.

Wide range of doctors and nurses available, they are one of 3 linked practices in Caroline Springs, so they can usually fit you in somewhere on the day. You need to ring before hand and make a booking, but you will still have a long wait ahead of you. Unfortunately they dont bulk bill. The doctors are all very friendly and they all will give you an information sheet on whatever it is you are there for. They dont skimp on taking tests for you and will try to sort you out thoroughly.
