Great range of dresses and great service by the staff. Highly recommend this store for next time I'm looking for another perfect dress!

I was not the bride to be but a friend helping a bride choose the dress that was going to make her day complete.
The ladies at the shop were simply amazing!! Their expertise were clearly evident in knowing what would best suit the brides body shape but also keeping within the guidelines of what the bride was comfortable in wearing (bling vs no bling, shiny vs lacy).
From a friend of the bride point of view they were a god send, having never stepped foot into a bridal boutique before I felt overwhelmed with the task ahead of me... I cant thank the ladies enough for not only helping the bride find 'that dress' but for also saving my butt from failing in my duties!!

I came to Miss Bella after visiting so many other bridal shops in the area. Gaye and Amanda were so helpful and gave great advice, without any pressure whatsoever to make a purchase. We eventually did find "the one" and the staff were great finding accessories to match. I couldn't be happier with the service we received.

I visited Miss Bella with my Mother looking for THE dress after visiting several boutiques already. It is a nice, simple store in the heart of Boronia with a good selection of wedding dresses, bridesmaid gowns and debutant dresses but what made it stand out was the customer service. As a plus size woman wedding dress shopping can be a nightmare but the friendly, non-pushy staff put me so at ease and they really listened to what I asked for in my dress and they delivered. Turns out a dress they had new in the store that day that had never been tried on before happened to be just my size and exactly what I had always dreamed of wearing on my wedding day. The price was even better then I expected and I also bought my beautiful crystal covered veil here. It was just a delight to work with these ladies through my fittings and up til the time I picked up my dress I can't recommend them enough.

I bought a dress for my bridesmaid from Miss Bella. Gaye is so friendly and professional. They are up front about extra costs and delivery times.
We had the dress altered, it was too tight, so they offered to fix it that day as our wedding was only a week away. within the hour, it was fixed.
They don't have a huge range, but the dresses they do have are lovely.

Great customer service and knowledge of dressmaking. Very easy to deal with and are not pushy like some bridal/formal wear outlets. Best price for my friend's bridesmaid dresses too!

Elizabeth from Miss Bella is the most helpful, friendly and diplomatic customer service lady I have ever met. Being overweight I was embarrassed about trying on wedding dresses, but she put me at ease and made me feel extremely comfortable and couldn't do enough for me. I buying my bridesmaid dresses from this boutique as well as my wedding dress. They also do their own alterations and will add/take off anything you want! The shop also feels warm and welcoming without being in your face or pushy. I can't recommend them enough!

I have been to this shop a few times to try on wedding and formal dresses. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and happy for you to try anything on that takes your fancy. They are able to alter any dress to fit. Prices are quite reasonable.
