I have ordered several times from Minzoo over the last twelve months and am very happy with the service I receive. My orders arrive on time and have been well packaged so they never arrive damaged.

The thing that I enjoy most is seeing my grandson's face as he sees the new collection of Siku cars arrive. The vibrant colours and the detail in the Siku cars make them stand out as being far superior to other brands on the market.

We have been buying miniature animals as birthday and Christmas gifts for our grand-daughter. To save fuss and to build up a collection of toys which she will play with and enjoy for a long time, family members have been looking at the Minizoo website and then nominating which animal they would like - I have then been organising orders. There is a great range (better than any shop I have seen in Sydney) the prices compare well and the service is prompt and friendly. With more grandkids on the way, we hope to keep the tradition going....and the Folkmanis Puppets look great too!

I have purchased a number of toy dinosaurs for my son from Minizoo. The ease of purchasing online from them and the speed of delivery is impressive. I had a problem when the leg fell off one of the plastic dinosaurs. Jason from Minizoo was incredibly helpful and immediately solved the problem. That type of service is unexpected these days but greatly appreciated. I will remain a loyal customer to Minizoo because of it.
