This McDonalds has the best staff, efficient & actually get my order correct. I usually order coffee & hot cakes. But occasionally order a Grand Angus meal & it’s always packed well & hot. Thank you for making an effort. The other McDonalds in Ballarat could learn something from Sebastopol store. Thank you.

I love McDonald's all together :) but this is the closest establishment to me and i must say I've never had an issue with my order, I always walk out with what i asked for. Service can be slow but i think that's expected anywhere if its busy. Overall, good place for a feed :)

this is the first mcdonalds that i have been in and the service was great didnt leave any thing out. and it was fast and the lady that servied me had a smil on her face the hole time.. i will be going back

Sometimes orders can get confused but overall not a bad place quick service and friendly staff. Always pass through when heading out of town

Always poor food when going through Drive through and terrible fries received every time (quality/amount)... Staff vary every time, most are friendly however some are quite rude.

Walking distance to my house. Has a great playground for the kids although its not completely covered in thus making it quite cold out there in the winter. Nice clean restrooms.

I love the new look McDonald's! They look just a little bit fancy, don't they?
This restaurant ticks all the right boxes. Playground, tick. Greasy food, tick. Walking distance to the supermarket, tick.
I know where I'm spending my Sundays..

I went in on a Saturday evening with a book and ordered a double quarter pounder. It was served promptly by the friendly staff. It tasted good like I expected. I read my book. Later I ordered a Hot Chocolate and a slice of banana bread. Both were prepared to my liking by other friendly staff. I continued reading until I realized it was getting late. Another staff member called a taxi for me. I waited and waited. The staff were sympathic and when it was time to close the manager offered to stay on so I could wait inside. Luckily the taxi arrived then. I think that was service beyond the expected.

Brilliant, never had better service in any McDonalds and I'm fat so i go to a lot of them. As soon as i walked in i felt at home and i was welcomed and not judged. My children loved it, they may not have been able to use the playground (they are also fat (approx. 100kg)) but it sure did look great. I would definitely go back. 5 Stars

the value of the food is excellent in this mcdonalds. toilets are clean and the staff service is great and the food varieties are excellent. great customer service
