Poor service and has ripped us off. We ordered 50 singlets in February and as of December we have not received the singlets or our $976 back. [redacted due to personal identifier] has continued to ignore our emails and the messages we leave with other staff over the last 3 months. I would not use this business given their unreliability and lack of ethics.

I placed an order on 1/11/2015. I became concerned after 6 weeks as I wanted these items as Christmas presents. I had repeatedly emailed the company to chase this up, and when I finally received a reply in December, I was told that the items were no longer available due to their supplier. They had offered to replace my order of a flask, a carry case and two glasses with one flask. This was an unreasonable replacement with no change of price, and I eventually got a refund. The items were sent out 8 weeks after the order date, but they were all wrong - personalised crayons were actually a white sticky label on a box, the large PVC was only 5x10, the last name was incorrect and the engraving on the wine glasses was wrong as well - one of which was broken. After repeated emails they said they would fix the items, but as the matter was not resolved before Christmas I could not use these as gifts. I had asked for clarification three times to exactly what is being corrected no replies. Three weeks later a shipping notification was received 12/1/2016 as they exceeded the 45 day report a problem to PayPal I have very little options to get what I ordered correctly done. The pure exhaustion of repeatedly emailing to be ignored and the answer is vague needing clarification made me decide that it was not worth it I had to accept I wasted my money . The price was different from the sites also I can only think they keep GST hidden, which is not wrong but not right either . You believe the item is cheaper than it is as. Being a non drinker I now am left with wine glasses that are engraved like a happy anniversary glass . Not a nice look

My experience with Logo Me was terrible, I would not recommend anyone use this company for any personalized gift ware. I purchases glasses and pens for wedding gifts as well as having them engrave my own glasses. They took 7 weeks to complete the order of 10 pens and 5 glasses. I received numerous excuses to why my order was not completed sooner only to find that they had damaged my glasses and were attempting to replace them without telling me first. When I finally received my order part of it was missing.

I thought I would give a local business a go, but the engraving quality was not fantastic. There were hidden costs i.e GST and engraving I was not aware of at the time of order so something I believed was a $20 order blew out to $50. And the customer service I found at times to be very rude.

Bottom line, I'd pay more and travel further for better quality and service.
