I finally got to try the food from this restaurant after going past for ages. We got two different take-a-ways to try - Rojan Josh (lamb) and Tandoori chicken, with saffron rice and some garlic naan bread. It was all great, and we really enjoyed it. The meat was tender and well cooked and in generous portions with the sauce. The chef asked what spice level I'd like - mild, medium or hot. I went for mild but I reckon I could handle the medium next time. Prices range from around $10 to $12 for each dish and there are many to choose from. There is a sit down area, but it appears not to be used much. I'd recommend this place - food was good and staff friendly.

Great food and reasonably priced, but this place is best as a take away rather than a sit down restaurant. The restaurant has been here for many years and the decor is very tired and dreary. I hardly ever see anyone sitting in the dining area, but the take away trade is quite busy.

Approximate cost: $10.00

I've been past here many times but never been in. So, would you recommend the food - what's your favourite and is it spicey? Thanks

What you would expect from a middle of the range Indian restaurant. I have been here many times however, have never seen it overly busy. The decor is average but clean, the staff are courteous but could be a bit on the friendlier side. If you like vegetarian I recommend their Malai Kofta which is heavenly.

Approximate cost: $15

Perfectly serviceable Indian restaurant. Food isn't anything special but it's not bad. The restaurant itself is pretty ordinary as well but the service is good. Recommend it if you need to grab something to eat and want Indian and happen to be within walking distance. Otherwise try Raga in Williamstown.

A lovely little local Indian restaurant with a great chef & owner. A big favourite amongst locals. Dine in or take away. Good value meals & always delicious.
