Wow I have searched for years for a great curl specialist and finally found one!! Catered cut, styling and products used specifically for my curls and they have never looked or felt better. Had a great time and really happy with the results

I have curly hair and have had some pretty awful cuts in my life. Discovered recently that Junioer Salon cuts curls so I booked in.
Vicki did a dry cut, then washed it, tweaked the cut, dried it and tweaked it again. I was left with the bounciest, juiciest curls that have been shaped to perfection! So happy with my cut and the whole experience -K18 treatment, the chat - all round it was awesome!

My first visit to Juniper last week. I'm very appreciative of the time taken by Amy with her questions and explanations to determine what I was wanting with my curly hair cut and highlights. It was lovely to leave the salon with a different look.

I was initially really nervous, as my usual hairdresser over 10+ years at another salon was about to go on maternity leave, so it left me wondering around looking for a new home.
I did try another salon in Bentleigh and it was a huge fail. I have very thick, long, wavy/curly hair. I had to beg my old hairdresser to take me back and fix, and she recommended I check reviews and also gave written instructions on my usual colour mix, etc, etc, and tips on handling my hair to pass onto new salon. Encouraging me to go off and try another.

Juniper reviews seems best in the area, and I was pleased by the curly wavy hair persons writing and rating. So I booked, they did seem pretty busy so it was 3 weeks in advance and a deposit but happy to do it.

The day arrived, and I was nervous, and gave my old hairdresser's instructions, and both ladies were totally accepting and fine about it and mixed the right colour - spot on. and my god, does Vicky instinctively know how to cut and handle thick hair what a HUGE RELIEF, she was able to change my appt to fit in a cut, my hair felt fabulous, SO SO PLEASED. Really knowledgeable ladies. Worked together well.

The reviews are right. They totally know what they are doing, can tell the experience in them no green berets here.

I have now found a new home. Thanks guys.

Vicky was fabulous. She listened and understood what I was looking for with my haircut. She offered great advice about how to enhance my curls and I am really happy with how it looks. I really appreciated that there was no pressure to buy products. And loved receiving the curl enhancer clips as well as the sample shampoo and conditioner. Vicky was fabulous. Cut my hair very well and gave me many tips on how to hydrate and manage my curls. She's lovely and it's so great to have found a curly hairdresser this side of town.

First time visit at Juniper. I have curly hair and rarely have a good experience when I go to a hairdresser. I've never felt comfortable enough or impressed enough to make a salon or a hairdresser 'my regular'. After my appointment with Trina yesterday, I think I've found my people. Trina was amazing - very knowledgeable, great at listening to my challenges and my hair goals. I'll definitely be back and I would highly recommend Juniper Salon to anyone looking for hairdressers who know what they are doing and share their expertise to make your experience the best it can be. Relaxed atmosphere, really good music, great staff, parking was easy.

It has been about 4 weeks now since my visit with Trina and I am over the moon with how my hair is looking! Very knowledgeable and understands the "special" needs of curly hair. I'm just about to book my next appointment as I can't wait to go back. Highly, highly recommend.
