Ordered cod and chips last night. Very disappointed as was prepared in old stale cooking oil. Recipe for disaster .use old oil for cooking .save a few dollars. Serve unpalatable food.wonder why customers never return.
Recipe for success. Use good oil and present food able to be eaten.
Customers return. Don’t treat customers like fools. Serve decent food.

Never seem to answer the phone after 7 pm.
Would not buy my fish n chips there again after tonight. Was not cooked
All the way though and oil was too hat

Sorry to hear about your disappointed, maybe they have change staff since we went there.. We had a good experience with them but that was some time ago.

For the 2nd time in 3 weeks we have got our order from them to find only to find that we have not received things we have paid for. Tonight a piece of crumbed cod. When we ring to complain we are given a phone number of their manager, but he does not answer. This is on top of them admitting that when they are busy they take the phone off the hook so no one can get through with phone orders. We have been putting up with this garbage for 2 years now. Not any more we will never go there again.

The best fish and chips in the area. Just one tip for you guys...please read back the order only takes a minute. We did not order crumbed fish and twice requested no gravy on the chicken. Very disappointed tonight.

2 outof 3 times we have purchased food from this place it has been good. The last time we ordered, we received a tiny slither of fish that was overcooked, and expensive. chicken burger was overcooked. Some of the pieces of calamari we received were tiny, it was really disappointing. We did wait a good half hour, and were the only people there. The chips were good. Not the best in the area.

I placed an order over the phone and was told will be ready in 20 - 25 mins. I arrived and was waiting at the counter to pay and other people came in and were served before me. Orders we called out and I still waited then finally asked about my order 10 mins later. Young girl came back with order list and proceeded to ring it up when I said I had ordered 3 pieces of fish not 2 as written. Obvious my order had not even been cooked. She spoke to someone out the back then another woman came out with a small package saying my name and said 3 pieces of fish? I asked her where was the rest of my order and waited again. Finally another girl comes out with my order and says sorry for the wait 45 mins plus from time of order. Got home with order opened it up and found if I took the first small package which she said had 3 pieces of fish in it I would have arrived with only 1 piece. Whilst there another unhappy customer who ordered waited 45 mins for a very small order when he asked about the girl went out back and came back with an order and placed it in the warmer. Over 5 m ins later same guy asked again about his order to find it was the one she placed in the warmer.
Poor service, wait time disgusting to find they cook your order once you pay by the looks of it. Waste of phone call waste of time. Employ better and quicker thinking staff as your business will be quite big as seeing yesterday, or you will potentially lose alot of customers with your poor service.
