I renovated my ensuite and bathroom in September 2022, Jayee screens installed the screens on our 2 showers.
My ensuite shower has been leaking ever since. Every time I have a shower I get a puddle of water on the floor.
They have been back 5 times to fix it, and it always leaks again.
My builder contacted them a couple of months ago, asking them to investigate and contact me, I still haven't heard from them.
It's been 1 year since the renovations finished, and I'm extremely unhappy that this hasn't been resolved.

My Mum had a collision with her sliding security door and somehow knocked it off the track. I called Jayee Screens (who installed it 9 years ago). We were happy to pay for someone to come fix it, but the very helpful man on the phone explained how to fix it, and stayed on the line while I did it to make sure it was ok. So happy

We are so happy with the end result of our new front porch entrance. The advice we were given was perfect, the installation process was extremely smooth and the staff were so customer focused which was a delightful change in this day and age.
Many thanks to everyone that we had contact with through Jayee Screens.

If you want to have a shower that you can clean run as fast as you can from this company. We renovated 2 bathrooms with two different company's. We clean both the same way and the screen from Jayee screens start changing colour to red around where the glass meet the frame. After contacting the company they told us that this is normal I f you use Domestos or any other bleach.
That's like telling us don't walk outside with your shoes. We were never informed about that. Nothing is happening to the other shower. I will never recommend the company to anyone.

Approximate cost: $950

I recently had Jayee supply and install eight flyscreens. I was impressed with their service. The guy who came to measure was friendly and knowledgeable in offering advice on different screen options. They made the screens very quickly, and the person who came to install them did the job efficiently with no fuss. Both turned up when they said they would, and the business was friendly and prompt in thier phone service. Ideally their time slots to measure/install could be a little shorter (they give a three hour window), but this is a minor quibble. I would definitely use their services again. They also do shower screens, security doors, and other products (I found them from the label on my shower screen when I moved into my house).

Approximate cost: $400 for eight flyscreens

I needed spare parts for a sliding shower screen (that's no longer sliding!!). I dropped in to Jayee and described the problem. The lady on reception was very good, then I had the sales guy trying to help me out. He couldn't find 1 small plastic part so he went out to his car and searched for one, whilst the boss chipped in to continue the search inside.
All this help and advice for $10 worth of parts.
I was very impressed with the amount of help I got!

Approximate cost: $10
