Amazing? ha-ha.
They could not even find customer name and email confirmed booking in their system. Receitionist does not listen to the end of sencence, interruprts you just to say "perhaps you have booked with different greencross". And she cannot focus on customers details: while booking next appontment she contiiosly asked my wife to repeat the mobile 4 times in 5 contuinius minutes while filling whatever she did on a screen.
And - not surprised at all - we just came for nothing, they could not complete services we have booked.
No-no, not that clinic, thanks.
I've been taking my animals to this vet since it opened more than 30years ago.
Joe and now the other staff are so caring, they have looked after our 9 cats 6 dogs and 1 rabbit over that time all living to a good age thanks to the continued care of the centre.
I have recently inherited 3 cats from Queensland and will be taking all of them to this practice as well.
I highly recommend this practice! %
This vet is amazing, they helped me a lot when I needed to get my cats microchipped and are very lovely people and even when I didn't have the money after my cat for hurt they were nice enough to let me pay off my bill, I will defferently recommend to everyone as they are a great vet
I started going to this Vet this year when I adopted my kitten and had to get vaccinations. I have found them incredibly helpful and will continue to take my cat there for future appointments. The vet was great with my 6 year old son and told him he was doing a wonderful job in looking after his pet which made him very proud of himself. Reception staff are very competent and friendly too.
