I came to try Bing Sutt as I've seen a number of reviews about this nostalgic Hong Kong cafe, which definitely has the feel of one, with Hong Kong signs and trinkets. The one thing I didn't like about the design of this cafe is the yellow lighting, which made it hard to read the menu as it had small font & stick on the table between glass.
I heard the baked pork chop and rice was a must try dish and gave it a try, but was very disappointed as they had slices of pork on top of plain rice and then baked with a cheesy sauce, This dish would have worked better with fried rice and an actual piece of pork chop. There should have also been some stir fried tomatoes and onions on top of the pork before the cheese sauce was placed over it to bake. In addition to this, we got the seafood laksa, which was so good, but needed more noodles. For drinks we had the hot milk tea, which was very bitter and needs lots of sugar.

Approximate cost: $45
