Sick and tired of calling this practice and the phone ringing out. Not only that, I had a phone appointment booked in with Dr Kemi and she never called. This happened on a Friday so I had to wait until the Monday to follow up. Of course when I tried to call NO ONE ANSWERED. Wait times for appointments are far too long and when I go finally get to see Dr Kemi the appointment is rushed and I don’t feel listened to. She’s always so busy. It’s time to start taking on less appointments and spend time actually listening to your patients, and hire more staff to answer the phones! Preferably competent ones because the current receptionists often seem confused. I’ll be taking this further.

My wife had a cough contacted the healthy family clinic that we have used for a least 10 years made an appointment we turned up but they refused to see her not even to assess her in the car not very caring.

We have always been so happy with our service at Healthy Family Clinic. Dr Anoma has looked after our family for the last 4 years and they always try to fit your children in if possible. Unfortunately this does often mean longer waiting times, but we are always given the time needed and never feel rushed during our appointment. The nurses are fantastic and the ladies at the reception are friendly and welcoming. If Dr Anoma is not available we have also been treated by other Drs at the centre who are just as friendly. It is a shame they are not open on weekends.

We have been coming here for years and the doctors are wonderful - very attentive and thorough. The waiting times are ridiculous though. Every visit we have to wait at least an hour (this is with a booking!). The quality of the dr's there is the only reason why I put up with the wait times!

I have been seeing Dr Anoma now for 2 years and she is a lovely doctor who never wants to just rush you out the door. She is great with my two kids and i like that you are able to get blood tests etc at the clinic which saves having to drive to other places. She even bulk bills me which is great. The reception girls are friendly and know you by name. The waiting room is always clean and overall i would highly recommend this centre.

This is our family doctors and the dr and staff are very freindly. Our dr is very good with children aswell as the nurses.

The best doctor I have ever found! Dr Kemi is wonderful, great with the kids and all the rest of us. Very kind and understanding. A Doctor you can trust! The staff and nurses are also wonderful and helpful just a shame they arn't open on the weekend. :-(

Highly recommended for families and women's health. Can usually get an appointment same day or next day. Bulk Billed
