Colour by owner, was an expensive disaster. It was nothing like what I’d asked for and shown pictures of. I think she knew and tried to fix it but didn’t get close. I felt confident initially by the way she talked about colouring but I definitely wouldn’t spend my time or money there again, which is disappointing. I have short hair and felt the price was excessive.

I had such a great first experience with this lovely salon over the weekend. I was so pleased to find a salon that offers vegan friendly and cruelty free products and was even more pleased when I was given wonderful education from Jack about all the available products (and colours) that are both cruelty free and vegan! Jack gave me such a great consultation and helped me figure out what I need from my haircut to help me style it day-to-day! I’m so pleased with my haircut and the overall conversation and care given to my consultation was 10/10! Thanks again to Jack and Harlow Hair, you’ve made a long term customer out of me :)

Twee is the most amazing hairstylist! She know's what looks good and what will not only suit the client but the clients needs. I will never let anyone else touch my hair. 5 stars is not enough!

I was looking for a new hairdresser close to home and with great reviews. I had stumbled across Harlow hair and body studio, and saw their spring special for new customers.
After reading the special I was instantly interested, so i booked an appointment with Jack.

When arriving for my appointment i was instantly greeted by Twee the salon owner who was lovely.

I then met Jack and advised him of what I was wanting to achieve. He delivered 110%. He did exactly what I wanted and listened!

I also met Karen in salon and everyone is super friendly and they all make it fun to get pampered, have a coffee, and a laugh. Amazing fun people who give quality service. Do yourself a favour!

I tried Harlow Hair & Body for the first time as I was looking for a new regular salon that was vegan/cruelty free. I had a great first experience with Jack! He was happy to look at pictures I had brought in and listened to what I wanted and helped make suggestions. He transformed my awkward grown out buzz cut into a cute pixie style. He was really friendly and welcoming too. Can't wait to go back soon and try some colouring :)
